Tai is a tournament angler and gear enthusiast who lives by the Kaizen mindset—continuous improvement in fishing, business, and life.
He founded Kaizen Fishing USA to bring the best JDM lures to the U.S. and raise the bar for what a tackle company can be. Whether he's on the water or building the brand, Tai’s always pushing to go beyond the cast.

Bobby Martin
Founder & COO
Bobby is a man of many talents,
From being a stand up comic and writer to a airbrush artist he has had quite a journey to Kaizen.
As a 35 year tournament fisherman he loves to pass on his knowledge to others! Catch him if you can as he can be seen driving his Allison XB at light speed!

Founder & CFO
